JCI Training comes in three main and distinct ways. First, JCI offers several in-house designed classes. These classes can be self-taught or instructor led. Secondly, you'll learn from other JCI members asmembers are encouraged to fill roles in projects and in the association that
requires skills they are not familiar with, allowing them to learn about areas they know little about with others there to support. This includes positions on the Executive. Lastly, experience is doing, so you’ll learn hands on what worked well and what didn’t so you can keep improving!
JCI offers many ways where your network can grow. Beyond our membership of young professionals, you’ll meet people from partaking in community and research projects, through JCI training courses and other partnerships and projects JCI becomes involved with.
By also attending JCI conventions and events, you can meet many regional, national and international JCI members. After all, JCI has chapters in over 100 countries!
Develop your leadership skills at JCI. Leadership opportunities exist by taking part in organizing the various events, projects and programs that JCI will be a part of. Depending on the venture, you can sharpen your skills at project management, finance, partnership negotiations and good old-fashioned leadership to keep your team motivated. Beyond leading projects, JCI members can run for the Executive and also offers training in leadership from members to formal classes.
